It is an action oriented 3 day high engagement workshop. The intent is to impart the life skill training to kids so that they can tap in to their consciousness intelligence. Design and lead an Abundant life. It is backed by intelligent leadership philosophy by John Mattone (globally renowned leading coach, ex coach of Steve jobs and many legendary leaders)
The program is run in collaboartion with John Mattone USA & Re wire, Signapore over 3 day of workshop in which 2 days for kids on personal leadership and 1 day for parents how to lead the young leaders also helps students to challenges while providing them with tools to overcome them. The workshop would detail on topics which would help participants achieve Inward and outward excellence ad be the best version of themselves what they are, can be and should be.
This full training is followed by an evening session with the student’s parents going over their achievements throughout the day and an open discussion with parents about the challenges of writing a support letter, an integral part of the program which asks parents to write to their child to tell them how much they believe in them.
As part of the student activities, they are asked to complete assignments with time pressure to develop decision making skills. They explore creativity and uniqueness as a leadership tool, examine their own personal values, plan and brainstorm in a team environment and develop flexibility. They learn to collaborate, learn rapport and public speaking skills and they also receive letters of support from their parents, as a surprise, to help them understand the importance of their support structure.
