1) When did you first know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? I never had an exact "Aha!" moment as an entrepreneur, but ever since I was young I have always been an outspoken and outgoing individual, always one to create everything from connections and friendships to business blueprints and services. I took that eagerness to innovate all the way from selling coconuts in grade school, to photocopies in college, all the way to my own school today.

2) Tell us about Little Me Academy. What do you enjoy about running your own business? My favorite thing about running my own school is that I don't think of it as a business - it is my life, and I love it! The children, teachers, and staff are all my family; the day-to-day operations are my hobbies; the challenges that come along are fun puzzles for me to solve. While I always feel at home, at the same time there is a refreshing adventure that awaits each day, and that is incredibly fulfilling.

3) What advice would you give kids about running your own business and the skills that you have learned? Use your time, talent, and treasure to the fullest. As a child, you have years ahead of you, so you'll want to start early and make mistakes early, so you can emerge wiser and stronger very soon. Make sure to look into your own abilities, skills, and hobbies, and create something great out of an activity you enjoy. But never forget your most important treasures: your values. Love, integrity, faith, and excellence. Keep these in your heart and you are going to rock the world!
