Naisha Rajani took up the cause of Eradicate hunger 7 months back from an incident where her school mate in a senior class was throwing the food from lunch box regularly without consuming the food. She saw this incident in contrast to a poor old couple sitting on the road and starving. From then onward Naisha has been working with multiple institutions and creating awareness. Naisha did a power point presentation at KCT college Coimbatore, addressing 1500 people and creating awareness on eradicate hunger.Every Thursday she distributes food to more than 30 needy people. Along with Food bank Chennai ,She also volunteered at Loyola college by serving more than 3000 differently able people. Naisha received the "change agent award" at the Young leaders awards function ceremony conducted by School of Success at Sathyabhama University. She received this award for her phenomenal work towards eradicating hunger and spreading awareness for "Love food hate waste." Naisha is the youngest volunteer at Feeding India. She does regular food drives serving 5,000+ meals till today for needy people in Tamilnadu. Feeding India which is one of the largest Non Profit organization serving hungry and needy people across globe. They have shared a blog on their website to appreciate her effort and recognition. Naisha is a good orator and gives motivational speeches. She has been instrumental in creating awareness among school children by addressing various gatherings from different schools for stopping food waste. Till now she has addressed over 2000 children towards avoiding food waste and sharing excessive food. Naisha also works for other organisations and supports their cause too like Greenwish Foundation which is a well known Non Profit organization for saving and planting Trees in the state of Tamilnadu called Naisha as Chief Guest for supporting their largest Tree plantation Drive at Chennai.
With all these background research and expertise Naisha finally launched her Social Venture in Dubai The Beacon Club the official launch took place in GEMS Founders School
